KION Group Revises 2026 Outlook and Delays Mid-term Targets

KION GROUP AG has adjusted its fiscal year 2026 outlook and postponed the achievement of its mid-term targets beyond 2027. The company's Executive Board has announced preliminary third-quarter results, revealing revenues of approximately €2,835 million, aligning with market expectations. However, adjusted EBIT is projected at about €203 million, falling short of the €211 million anticipated by analysts. Additionally, free cash flow is expected at €100 million, slightly below the €106 million market consensus.

The Industrial Trucks & Services (ITS) segment predicts revenues near €1,955 million, meeting expectations, but adjusted EBIT at €163 million is below forecasts. Meanwhile, the Intelligent Automation Solutions (IAS) segment anticipates revenues of €890 million and an adjusted EBIT of €66 million, both in line with market predictions.
