Appointment and strengthening of governance at KKO International

KKO INTERNATIONAL held its Combined General Meeting on June 26, 2025, chaired by Mr. Jacques-Antoine de Geffrier. The quorum reached 55.35%, with the participation of 88,530,498 shares and voting rights. All resolutions were approved. The event was marked by the appointment of Ms. Delphine Darmon as an independent director. She brings a wealth of experience, having held management positions at Fnac and Franprix.

Currently, Delphine Darmon focuses on the ESG transformation of companies and serves on impactful boards. A graduate of ESSEC and LSE, she adds value to the now seven-member board. KKO INTERNATIONAL plans to further strengthen its governance in the coming weeks.
