Klarsen: 2026 Half-Year Results Down but Outlook Encouraged
Klarsen, a French data marketing expert, has published its results for the first half of 2026. Revenue reached €1.13 million, down from €2.72 million in 2025. The gross margin stood at 36.9% of revenue. This decrease is partly due to a dispute related to the acquisition of ITL, resulting in exceptional charges and the subsidiary's receivership proceedings.
Operating expenses were reduced by 23%, but this was not enough to offset the decline in business. EBITDA was -€0.56 million and net income was -€0.55 million. An agreement has resolved the ongoing dispute, paving the way for a recovery. Customers are gradually returning, and a business continuity plan is underway for ITL. Klarsen is focusing on new solutions for 2027.
