Klarsen, a French company specializing in data marketing, has announced the issuance and free allocation of standalone share warrants (BSA O) to its shareholders. This transaction follows a capital increase completed on November 27, 2025.

A total of 518,700 warrants (BSA O) were issued, at a ratio of 1 warrant (BSA O) for every 7 shares held. These warrants will be tradable on Euronext Growth Paris from December 10, 2025, and exercisable until December 31, 2026, at a price of €1 per warrant, for the acquisition of new shares.

Warrants (BSA), which cannot be held in a PEA (French equity savings plan), must be registered in a standard securities account. Klarsen maintains its eligibility for the PEA PME-ETI (French SME/mid-cap equity savings plan). Investors should review the associated risk factors, available on the company's website.
