Klea Holding publishes details on voting rights and share capital

Klea Holding, listed on Euronext Growth, has communicated the figures relating to its voting rights and share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. As of January 2, 2025, the group has 307,514,314 shares. The voting rights are 307,786,221 in theory and 307,259,835 exercisable.

The group notes that 271,907 of its shares benefit from double voting rights. In addition, 526,386 shares are treasury shares, which includes those held through a liquidity contract. Klea Holding specializes in the acquisition and digital transformation of companies in various markets.
