Klondike Gold Reports Increased Montana Creek Royalty and Phase 2 Drill Plans
Klondike Gold Corp. has announced additional gold royalty receipts from Armstrong Mining Corp. for their ongoing operations at the Montana Creek Placer Property. The company received 377.7 ounces of placer flake gold at 82% purity, resulting in approximately 306 ounces of refined gold at 99.99% purity after processing. This represents a 201.6-ounce increase since the last update in July 2026.
In addition to the royalty update, Klondike Gold has completed a hyperspectral scanning of 22,352.1 meters of drill core. The analysis is set to enhance understanding of gold mineralization, which will inform Phase 2 of their 2026 diamond drill program, scheduled to start in September.
The drilling will cover up to 8,000 meters at the Klondike District Project in Yukon, focusing on refined targets from structural mapping and geological interpretation. This follows Phase 1, where results from 7,697.17 meters of drilling are pending. An updated Mineral Resource Estimate is expected by mid-2027.
