Knaus Tabbert AG Faces EUR 6.42 Million Fine
Knaus Tabbert AG has accepted a EUR 6.42 million fine due to incorrect weight specifications in its vehicles. The Stuttgart public prosecutor's office imposed the fine, which the company will not appeal. This decision is now legally binding.
Previously, Knaus Tabbert AG disclosed these investigations in a December 2024 announcement. The company has allocated provisions for the fine, which mitigates further financial impact for 2025.
Throughout the process, Knaus Tabbert AG fully cooperated with authorities. This collaboration was positively considered by the prosecutor during the fine assessment.
The company plans to settle the fine in the first quarter of 2026, officially closing the proceedings.
