Kootenay Silver Secures C$10 Million in Private Placement
Kootenay Silver Inc. announced a bought deal private placement with Red Cloud Securities Inc., expected to raise approximately C$10 million. The agreement involves the sale of 4,444,445 common shares at C$2.25 each. An over-allotment option could add C$1.5 million in proceeds.
The raised funds will support advancement of Columba and La Cigarra silver projects in Mexico, among other corporate purposes. Shares will be offered in Canada (except Québec) and outside the U.S. under specific private placement exemptions.
