Clariane Successfully Completes €500 Million Senior Notes Offering

Clariane has announced the successful completion of its €500 million offering of senior notes, a significant development aimed at refinancing existing debt. The notes, which are due in 2031, attracted strong interest from institutional investors internationally, leading to an oversubscription. The notes will bear an annual interest rate of 6.875% and will be issued at their full par value. The issuance is set for April 16, 2026, subject to standard conditions.

The proceeds from this offering, along with existing cash reserves, will be used to address Clariane's pending Schuldschein and Euro PP Bonds due between 2026 and 2028. This strategic decision aligns with Clariane's ongoing financial management efforts aimed at optimizing its capital structure.
