Lack of delegations for capital increases at GROUPE JAJ
The JAJ GROUP published a summary table dated March 31, 2026, concerning delegations of authority for capital increases. This document, governed by Article L. 225-37-4 of the French Commercial Code, reveals that no delegation of authority was granted by the Shareholders' General Meeting to the Board of Directors.
More specifically, no application of Articles L. 225-129-1 and L. 225-129-2 of the French Commercial Code has resulted in such a delegation. The Board of Directors therefore lacks the authority to carry out capital increases. This status quo could influence the group's financing strategy.
