Lagardère's Mid-Year Liquidity Contract Update

Lagardère SA, a French joint-stock corporation, detailed its liquidity contract performance for the first half of 2026. In collaboration with BNP Paribas Financial Markets, the company managed liquidity resources from January to June 2026.

By June 30, 2026, available resources were 21,959 shares and €622,921. Overall, 862 buy-side executions accounted for 83,572 shares worth €1,542,056, and 746 sell-side executions represented 97,665 shares worth €1,813,282.

In comparison with the previous half-year ending December 31, 2025, the company's liquidity account had 36,846 shares and €332,495. The liquidity contract was temporarily suspended from April 20 to May 13, 2026.

Originally, in September 2022, Lagardère began with 0 shares and €1,000,000 in liquidity resources.
