Ces options, au prix de 0,08 $ chacune, ont une validité de cinq ans et ont été accordées aux administrateurs, dirigeants et consultants. Par ailleurs, les actions pouvant résulter de ces options seront soumises à une période de conservation de quatre mois à compter de la date d'attribution initiale.
