Lahontan Gold Corp Accelerates Warrant Expiry

Lahontan Gold Corp, listed on TSXV, OTCQB, and FSE, has announced the acceleration of the expiry for its outstanding common share purchase warrants. These warrants were initially issued on April 30, 2025, as part of a private placement. The company decided to expedite the expiry following a ten-day period where common shares traded above CDN$0.12 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

The accelerated expiry is set for October 21, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Toronto time. Holders must exercise their warrants before this time. If fully exercised, Lahontan anticipates proceeds of approximately $1.7 million, designated for working capital.

This decision reflects strategic financial planning amid stable share performance. Lahontan continues to focus on its resources, particularly the Santa Fe Mine project in Nevada, maintaining and advancing its exploration and development initiatives.
