Lahontan Gold Corp Reveals Promising Drilling Results at Santa Fe
Lahontan Gold Corp announced successful results from its 2025 Phase One drilling program at the Santa Fe Mine Project in Nevada's Walker Lane. The drilling has uncovered significant oxide gold mineralization in the York and Slab resource areas.
At York, drilling revealed two notable gold zones: a thick, shallow intercept grading 0.23 g/t Au over 89.9 meters, and a high-grade zone of 18.3 meters at 0.73 g/t Au. These findings expand the potential resource at York significantly. Additionally, drilling at Slab identified a new oxide gold horizon with 39.6 meters grading 0.30 g/t Au.
The results support Lahontan's plans for further drilling in the York and Slab regions, aiming to enhance mineral resources and future project economics. The newly acquired York claims further bolster the expansion potential without any claim boundary constraints.
