Lanson-BCC in Exclusive Negotiations to Acquire Heidsieck & Co Monopole
On September 24, 2025, Lanson-BCC announced that it was in exclusive negotiations with Vranken-Pommery Monopole. The agreement concerns the acquisition of Heidsieck & Co Monopole by Maison Burtin, a subsidiary of Lanson-BCC. This transaction excludes all other assets. The signing of the agreement is scheduled for October 1, 2025, subject to approval by the boards of directors of both companies.
Vranken-Pommery Monopole, which owns several vineyards across France and Portugal, has decided to sell the Heidsieck & Co Monopole brand. Lanson-BCC, meanwhile, is renowned for its eight Champagne houses, some of which enjoy international renown.
