LANSON-BCC: Update of voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2026
The company LANSON-BCC, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Reims, has published its updated data concerning voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2026. This communication is in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
At the end of this month, LANSON-BCC's share capital consists of 6,754,415 shares. Of these, 6,628,968 shares carry single voting rights. In addition, 125,447 shares are held as treasury shares and also carry single voting rights.
