LANSON-BCC: Update on voting rights and shares as of May 31, 2026

LANSON-BCC has disclosed its share capital and voting rights figures as of May 31, 2026, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the AMF General Regulation. This information is required for companies whose shares are listed on a regulated market.

At the end of this period, the total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 6,754,415. Of these, 6,630,477 shares carry single voting rights. In addition, 123,938 shares are held by the company as treasury shares and also carry single voting rights.
