Largo Physical Vanadium Corp. Postpones Annual Meeting

Largo Physical Vanadium Corp. (LPV) has announced the postponement of its annual meeting of shareholders. Initially set for August 18, 2026, the meeting will now occur on September 10, 2026, at 10:00 am. This decision follows KPMG LLP's resignation as the company's auditor, effective July 31, 2026. LPV is actively seeking a new auditor, whose appointment will be confirmed during the rescheduled meeting.

Additionally, the company has accepted the resignation of John Kanellistsas as director, effective the same day. Jonathan Lee and Francesco D'Alessio will not seek re-election as directors. LPV expresses gratitude for their service.
