LDC Announces the Composition of Its Capital as of February 28, 2026

LDC, a company structured with a Management Board and Supervisory Board, has published its share capital structure as of February 28, 2026. LDC's share capital is €7,054,173.20, divided into 35,270,866 shares. A total of 60,728,854 gross voting rights and 60,082,995 net voting rights have been declared.

According to Article 12 of the company's articles of association, any person whose shareholding reaches or exceeds 2% of the share capital must inform LDC by registered letter. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in the suspension of voting rights for the shares concerned, unless the situation is rectified within three months.
