LDC: Declaration of Voting as of July 31, 2025
LDC announced the update of its voting rights declaration in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. As of July 31, 2025, LDC's capital consisted of 35,270,866 shares, with 60,725,055 gross voting rights and 60,079,604 net voting rights.
According to LDC's bylaws, any person holding at least 2% of the capital must notify the company within 15 days of crossing this threshold. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the suspension of voting rights linked to undeclared shares for three months after regularization.
