Capital B renforce ses investissements avec TOBAM BITCOIN ALPHA FUND
Capital B, première Bitcoin Treasury Company en Europe, a annoncé une augmentation de capital de 5 millions d'euros et l'émission d'obligations convertibles en actions de 6,5 millions d'euros. Ces opérations, souscrites par TOBAM BITCOIN ALPHA FUND, visent à soutenir la stratégie de la société axée sur le Bitcoin.
L'augmentation de capital se traduit par l'émission de 1 721 763 actions à 2,90 € chacune. Les obligations convertibles, émises par The Blockchain Group Luxembourg SA, totalisent un montant de 6,5 millions d'euros. Elles offriront une conversion en actions à un prix de 3,66 €.
Ces initiatives permettront d'acquérir 160 BTC supplémentaires, portant la détention potentielle de Capital B à 2 173 BTC. Ces actions illustrent l'engagement continu de la société dans le secteur des crypto-monnaies.
