The Blockchain Group émet des obligations convertibles en actions pour 63,3 M€
Le 26 mai 2025, The Blockchain Group, via sa filiale luxembourgeoise, a annoncé l'émission d'obligations convertibles libellées en Bitcoin pour un montant total de 63,3 millions d'euros. Moonlight Capital a souscrit à hauteur de 5 millions d'euros, au prix de 3,809€ par action, alors que Fulgur Ventures et UTXO Management ont souscrit respectivement à 55,3 millions et 3 millions d'euros, au prix de ~0,707€.
Cette initiative s'inscrit dans la stratégie d'accumulation de Bitcoin de la société, qui pourrait ainsi acquérir potentiellement 590 BTC, portant le nombre total à environ 1 437 BTC. Adam Back a converti l'intégralité de ses obligations de la Tranche 1 en 14 885 957 actions ordinaires au prix de 0,544€ par action. L'émission ne nécessite pas de prospectus AMF.
