Leadership Changes at Deutsche Konsum Real Estate AG
On June 22, 2026, Deutsche Konsum Real Estate AG announced significant leadership changes. Daniel Löhken, currently the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will be appointed to the Management Board and as Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2026. This appointment is part of a planned leadership transition, as Kyrill Turchaninov is set to step down from the Management Board on July 31, 2026. Löhken will resign from the Supervisory Board on June 30, 2026.
Additionally, Dr. Kai Gregor Klinger, a member of the Supervisory Board, will become its new Chairman starting July 1, 2026. Sebastian Wasser will continue in his role as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. These changes are part of a structured succession plan for the company.
