Honey Badger Silver Inc. has announced a leadership change. Effective immediately, Dorian L. (Dusty) Nicol steps down as CEO. Current Chairman Chad Williams assumes the roles of Executive Chairman and Interim CEO. Dusty Nicol remains a Director and continues as a technical advisor.

With a strong background in capital markets, Williams brings experience from founding Red Cloud Mining Capital and holding previous roles at Victoria Gold Corp and Blackmont Capital Inc. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA from McGill University.
