Lebon Company: 2026 Half-Year Report

Compagnie Lebon reported an increase in net income attributable to shareholders for the first half of 2026. This result reached €8.6 million, compared to €3.8 million the previous year, thanks to the sale of its stake in Madeleine Premier. The hotel business demonstrated stable performance, while the spa business experienced a decline. By sector, net income attributable to shareholders in the hotel business amounted to €11.9 million, boosted by the sale of Madeleine Premier, and remained stable on a recurring basis. The spa business posted a loss of €1.8 million due to a weak season.

The revalued net asset value reached €305 million, representing a 2.3% decrease since December 2025, despite €7 million in added value. Total revenue of €40.7 million shows a 3% contraction compared to 2025. Overall, the company continues to target an annual IRR above 7%.
