Leclanché SA Granted Temporary Exemption for 2025 Report

Leclanché SA, a prominent energy storage company, has received approval for a temporary exemption from publishing its 2025 annual report. This decision, made by the Issuers Committee on June 9, 2026, allows the company to postpone filing the report with SIX Exchange Regulation AG until July 31, 2026.

Despite this exemption, trading of Leclanché's registered shares remains suspended as per Art. 57 LR. The suspension will continue until the report is published and filed according to the committee's requirements. Earlier, an extension was granted in April, pushing the original April 30 deadline to May 31.

The Issuers Committee's decision mandates Leclanché to publicly announce this exemption, including specific wording from the committee's decision, by June 10, 2026.
