Leclanché SA postpones its annual report and publishes unaudited figures
Leclanché SA, based in Yverdon-les-Bains, has obtained a postponement to publish its 2025 annual report until May 31, 2026. This delay is mainly due to transitions in the finance department, with the entry of Jens Emrich as the new CFO on March 1, 2026.
The company is also engaged in a debt-for-equity conversion, complicating the finalization of the financial statements. Unaudited results show revenue of CHF 23.1 million in 2025, an increase of 29% compared to the previous year.
Unaudited EBIT indicates a loss of CHF 65.3 million. Total assets amounted to CHF 92.1 million, with negative equity of CHF 16.9 million.
