Leclanché SA requests extension to publish its 2024 annual report
Leclanché SA, a major player in energy storage, announced that it has requested an extension to publish its 2024 annual report. The company missed the deadline initially set by SIX Exchange Regulation AG for May 31, 2025. A new deadline of June 30, 2025, has been requested, but the Issuers Committee's decision is still pending. As a result, the listing of Leclanché's registered shares will be suspended as of June 2, 2025.
To improve its financial position, Leclanché has implemented several measures, such as loan subordination and debt-to-equity conversion. The company is also working with Pinnacle International Venture Capital Limited on a long-term financing plan to improve its capital structure.
