Fidelity Lowers Participation Threshold in LECTRA

The American company Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC recently reduced its stake in LECTRA SA, dropping below the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights. According to the declaration received on September 29, 2025, Fidelity now holds 4.99% of the capital, or 1,899,421 shares. This change results from a share acquisition on the market and marks a reduction in its stake in LECTRA's capital. At the same time, FMR LLC, the holding company controlling Fidelity, retains an indirect stake of 5.86%, mainly distributed among several group entities.
