Legendary and Warner Bros. Unveil Dune: Part Three Trailer
Legendary Entertainment and Warner Bros. Pictures have released the trailer for "Dune: Part Three," directed by Denis Villeneuve. The final chapter in Villeneuve's saga is set in Abu Dhabi's Liwa Desert, which again transforms into the iconic Arrakis landscape. The film marks a continuation of the partnership between the Abu Dhabi Film Commission (ADFC) and Legendary, highlighting the emirate's role in global filmmaking.
Starring Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, and others, the movie explores the reign of Paul Atreides as Emperor, grappling with rebellion and personal dilemmas. The 31-day shoot in Abu Dhabi involved over 600 local individuals, showcasing the region's expanding production capabilities.
The film is backed by Abu Dhabi's Creative Media Authority and Image Nation, with a release set for December 2026.
