Legrand acquires Keydak and TES in the data center sector
Legrand announces the acquisition of Keydak in China and TES in the UK, strengthening its presence in the data center sector. Keydak, a leading Chinese racking manufacturer, is based in Guangzhou with over 330 employees and annual revenue of €60 million. TES, a European specialist in power distribution systems, is located in Cookstown with 280 employees and revenue of approximately €85 million.
Benoît Coquart, CEO of Legrand, states that these acquisitions expand their offering in computer chip infrastructure and critical power supplies. These transactions are part of a strategy targeting data centers, which are projected to represent 26% of revenue by 2025, and add €285 million in annual revenue.
