LEM HOLDING Reports Strong Q1 2026/27 Results

LEM HOLDING SA has reported a substantial sales growth in the first quarter of its financial year 2026/27. The company’s revenue rose by 12.4% to CHF 85.1 million, mainly driven by increased demand in data center-related services and strong performance in Automation and Energy Distribution & High Precision sectors. Automation sales soared by 32.0%, while Energy Distribution surged by 59.0%.

LEM’s bookings reached CHF 104.6 million, marking a 17.4% increase from the previous year with a book-to-bill ratio of 1.23. Strategic pricing and productivity gains helped maintain the gross margin amid inflationary pressures. As a result, EBIT significantly improved to CHF 12.4 million from CHF 4.2 million, with the EBIT margin expanding to 14.6%.

Looking ahead, LEM remains positive about further growth driven by the ongoing demand in data center infrastructure but cautions about the uncertain global economic climate. Nonetheless, the company reinforces its mid-term financial goals.
