Lhyfe, an independent producer of green hydrogen, released its share and voting rights information as of February 28, 2026. In accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, the company's share capital stands at 48,113,844 shares. The theoretical voting rights total 81,015,217, while exercisable voting rights amount to 80,952,922. It's noted that 62,295 shares remain in treasury and thus do not possess voting rights.
