Lhyfe Plans Transfer of Shares to Euronext Growth Paris

Lhyfe, a leading producer of green hydrogen, has announced a project to transfer its shares from the regulated Euronext Paris market to Euronext Growth Paris. The decision, confirmed by the Board on March 30, 2026, is aimed at aligning Lhyfe's market presence with its growth stage.

The transfer, set for shareholder approval on May 22, 2026, involves an accelerated procedure using existing shares. This move is expected to enhance Lhyfe's investor visibility in a more flexible environment suitable for innovative, fast-growing companies.

Lhyfe will retain certain governance practices post-transfer and maintain minority shareholder protections through mandatory public offer mechanisms. Although liquidity changes are anticipated, Lhyfe will preserve its existing liquidity contract.
