LIGHTON Discloses Share Capital Details as of October 2025
On November 27, 2025, LIGHTON announced details about its total number of shares and voting rights, effective October 31, 2025. The disclosure complies with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority. As of the end of October, LIGHTON reported having 6,432,372 shares with 9,956,091 voting rights.
The company, established in 2016 in Paris, is the first European generative AI firm to be listed on Euronext Growth. LIGHTON provides AI solutions while ensuring data confidentiality. Its Paradigm platform supports large-scale AI deployment across sectors like finance, health, and defense.
