LightOn and Infocom'94 are collaborating on sovereign generative AI.

LightOn, a French specialist in secure AI, has signed a three-year contract with Infocom'94, the public digital operator for the Île-de-France region. This partnership aims to integrate sovereign generative AI solutions into 26 local authorities, representing 463,000 inhabitants, while guaranteeing sovereign control of citizens' data.

Infocom'94 plans to use LightOn's AI to automate the processing of support requests via a chatbot, freeing up time for its teams. This solution will be deployed in a hybrid architecture with local data storage, thus preserving data confidentiality.

This contract reflects a desire to modernize and innovate the digital services of local authorities, while laying the foundations for a sustainable and sovereign AI strategy.
