LightOn Secures €4 Million Bond Financing, Augments Cash Flow Horizon
LightOn has announced the renewal of its bond financing through two bond issues, totalling a maximum nominal amount of €4 million, with European investors, including Vester Finance. This strategic move extends its cash flow horizon until September 2027. The financing includes immediate proceeds of €1.8 million and is reached at a crucial juncture in the company's evolution, aimed at strengthening its execution capabilities.
The bond issues involve convertible bonds subscribed at a 92% nominal value and simple bonds at their full nominal value. LightOn's management emphasizes the importance of this financial infusion for marketing advanced AI technological solutions. Moreover, the company optimized its cost structure since mid-2026, ensuring funding for operations until late 2027.
LightOn, known for its enterprise AI platform, faces potential risks including regional conflicts and share dilution due to bond conversion. The company continues its search for additional private and public funding to support medium-term growth.
