LIGHTON Releases Data on Voting Rights and Share Capital
On 28 September 2026, LIGHTON announced the latest figures concerning its voting rights and share capital, as of 31 August 2026. According to the release, LIGHTON's total number of shares is 7,446,854, including 69,959 new shares issued in August 2026. The total number of voting rights stands at 10,856,181.
This information is disclosed per French regulatory requirements, specifically articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulations. The new shares were issued following a bond financing announced earlier in April 2026.
