Linedata Services Reports Decline in 2026 First-Half Results
Linedata Services announced a decrease in its first-half 2026 results. The company, providing solutions to investment management and credit finance sectors, faced a 4.8% drop in revenue, totaling €82.4 million. This decline was attributed to a reduction in business activities and non-recurring costs following a cyber incident in 2025.
The EBITDA margin stood at 20.6%, down from 21.5% in H1 2025, with consolidated EBITDA reaching €17.0 million. Despite a reduction in personnel expenses by €7 million, external expenses increased due to consulting and IT costs related to the cyber attack.
Net income fell by 6.7% to €7.5 million, representing 9.1% of revenue. Financial results improved slightly, minimizing losses, while net debt was reduced to €59.9 million, indicating controlled debt levels.
