LION E-Mobility AG's CEO Dr. Joachim Damasky to Retire in 2027
LION E-Mobility AG has announced that its CEO, Dr. Joachim Damasky, will retire by the end of January 2027. This decision comes with the approval of the Board of Directors. Dr. Damasky, who also serves on the Board, will step down from this role on the same date. To maintain stability, he will assist with the transition and continue as an adviser.
The company plans to appoint a new Managing Director for its German subsidiaries, LION Smart GmbH and LION Smart Production GmbH. Details about this successor will be revealed soon. This strategic leadership change is a significant step for LION E-Mobility AG as it aligns its vision for the future.
