Liquidity Contract Update for Cegedim
As of June 30, 2026, Cegedim reported the status of its liquidity contract managed with Rothschild Martin Maurel. The liquidity account held 15,550 shares and €93,937. From January 2025 through June 2026, the company executed 2,994 buy transactions and 1,780 sell transactions, with a total traded volume of 126,614 and 111,064 shares, respectively.
The previous report from December 31, 2024, showed no shares and €310,623 in the liquidity account. A restructuring within the Rothschild & Co group resulted in Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA taking over the liquidity contract management effective July 1, 2026.
This transition does not alter the agreement's terms or resource allocation, as specified in semiannual reports. The report complies with AMF Decision N°2021-01, affirming liquidity contracts for shares as an approved market practice.
