BRIEF

on Lithium South Development Corp. (CVE:LIS)

Lithium South Completes Key Corporate Milestones

Lithium South Development Corp. announced the filing of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025. The British Columbia Securities Commission has revoked a cease trade order issued earlier due to delayed reporting. This revocation came after the company submitted the required filings on May 25, 2026.

The company is also set to conclude a significant plan of arrangement, involving the sale of its subsidiary, NRG Metals Argentina S.A. The transaction's proceeds are held with Computershare Investor Services, and shareholders will receive CAD$0.505 per share. Registered shareholders must submit a Letter of Transmittal to claim their cash.

Post-arrangement, Lithium South will delist from the TSX Venture Exchange and the OTCQB market around May 29, 2026. The company aims to cease being a reporting issuer in several Canadian provinces.
