LNA Santé signs a Dutreil Pact for the retention of shares
LNA Santé recently confirmed the establishment of a Dutreil Pact by some of its shareholders, members of the Siret family. This pact, signed on December 17, 2024, concerns the retention of the company's shares in accordance with Article 787 B of the General Tax Code.
According to the details provided, the collective commitment extends over two years and covers 31.33% of the capital of LNA Santé as well as 39.72% of the voting rights. Willy Siret, Managing Director, is one of the signatories exercising management functions. The companies LNA Ensemble and Financière Vertavienne 44, which hold more than 5% of the capital and/or voting rights, are also involved.
LNA Santé's annual turnover will be communicated on February 6, 2025.
