LNG Energy Group Receives Partial Revocation for Private Placement
LNG Energy Group Corp. announced that the Ontario Securities Commission issued a second partial revocation order. This follows a failure-to-file cease trade order from May 2025. The new order allows LNG Energy to proceed with its private placement financing aimed at raising $2,000,000.
The funds will address outstanding disclosure filings, professional fees, legacy payables, and support general operations. Each unit in the offering includes one common share and a purchase warrant, priced at $0.05 per unit. A warrant allows acquisition of one share at $0.10 within 36 months post-closure.
The private placement targets investors in Canada, the U.S., and offshore, under legal exemptions. Securities remain under the cease trade order until fully revoked, with a four-month hold period post-closure.
