Logic Instrument expands its European presence with a subsidiary in Germany
On January 7, 2026, Logic Instrument, a leading European provider of robust computing systems, announced a major strategic development with the opening of a subsidiary in Germany for its Distrame company. This initiative aims to quickly exceed a turnover of 30 million euros.
To achieve this goal, Distrame is focusing on digitalization through its Netset platform, external growth, and international development. Germany, chosen for its market potential twice that of France, allows Distrame to leverage existing synergies with Logic Instrument GmbH.
