L'Oréal Successfully Prices €2 Billion Triple Tranche Bond

L'Oréal announced the successful pricing of a €2 billion bond offering on 24 September 2026. This issuance consists of three separate tranches. The first is an €850 million 2-year floating rate bond with a coupon rate of Euribor 3M + 27 basis points annually. The second tranche is a €500 million 3-year fixed rate bond offering a 3.75% annual coupon. Lastly, a €650 million 7-year fixed rate bond provides a 4.00% annual coupon.

The generated funds will be utilized for general corporate purposes. The bonds are anticipated to receive credit ratings of AA (Stable) from S&P and Aa1 (Stable) from Moody’s. Trading on Euronext Paris is expected to commence on 30 September 2026. Leading global financial institutions including BNP Paribas, HSBC, and Société Générale coordinated the offering, while other major banks contributed as joint bookrunners.
