Louis Hachette Group Engages Kepler Cheuvreux for Liquidity Contract

On January 17, 2025, Louis Hachette Group announced the appointment of Kepler Cheuvreux to manage a liquidity contract. This initiative aims to enhance the liquidity of its shares on the Euronext Growth Paris trading platform. The agreement aligns with current regulatory standards, including European and French market abuse regulations and guidance from the AMF and AMAFI.

The liquidity contract, starting on January 20, 2025, will initially run until December 31, 2025, with automatic annual renewals. €500,000 has been allocated to support the contract. Execution could be suspended following AMF guidelines or upon the group's request.

The contract can be terminated by Louis Hachette Group at any time, by Kepler Cheuvreux with a 30-day notice, or immediately if the shares move to a different market.
