Lucibel opens up the capital of its subsidiary Procédés Hallier
Lucibel SA has announced a capital increase for its subsidiary Procédés Hallier, with qualified investors now holding 28% of the capital for an investment of €350,000. Lucibel SA retains 72% of the capital. This initiative aims to strengthen the subsidiary's financial position, allowing it to continue its operations outside of the receivership proceedings initiated by Lucibel SA in January 2026.
Specializing in museum lighting, Procédés Hallier expanded its activities to include commercial lighting in November 2025 after being strengthened by the acquisition of its "Lucibel Pro" division. The company, which holds the "Living Heritage Company" label, remains operational at its Montreuil site. This move underscores a strategy to ensure the long-term viability of the struggling subsidiary.
