Lucibel opens up the capital of its subsidiary Procédés Hallier
Lucibel SA announces a capital increase in its subsidiary Procédés Hallier with the entry of qualified investors. These investors injected €350,000 in exchange for 28% of the shares, leaving Lucibel with a 72% stake.
This financial contribution aims to stabilize Procédés Hallier, allowing it to operate normally and avoid the receivership procedure that has affected Lucibel since January 2026.
Procédés Hallier, a company dedicated to museum lighting, has expanded into commercial lighting. Awarded the "Living Heritage Company" label in 2025, it manufactures its light fixtures in Montreuil.
