On May 29, 2026, Ludwig Beck am Rathauseck – Textilhaus Feldmeier AG disclosed a significant change in its shareholding structure. The company's CEO, Christian Greiner, along with INTRO-Verwaltungs GmbH, has sold and transferred their shares to Alfons Doblinger. This transaction depends on the approval by the cartel authorities. Prior to the sale, Christian Greiner held approximately 26.3% of Ludwig Beck AG's share capital, while INTRO-Verwaltungs GmbH owned about 25.2%. Upon completion, Alfons Doblinger will become the majority shareholder, controlling approximately 77% of the company's capital and voting rights.
